KYFA Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing KYFA for your ethnic wear. We want your
shopping experience to be as smooth as possible, so please review our
return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Valid Reasons: Returns are strictly limited to items that are
received damaged, defective, or significantly different from the
product images shown on our website.
• Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange within 2
days of delivery. Replacement items are typically delivered
within 5 to 7 days.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original
state with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exclusions: Any products that have been customized or
personalized are final sale and cannot be returned..

2. How to Start a Request

reason for the request, and clear photos if the item is damaged or
incorrect. Our team will provide further instructions on how to
ship the item back.

3. Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless
the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or
incorrect item).
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and
keeping your receipt until the process is complete.

4. Refund Process
• Store Credit: Most refunds are issued as store credit within 3
days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Original Payment Method: If the return is due to a defect or a
wrong item being sent, the refund will be credited back to your
original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Product Exchanges

• Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect your
original item.
• If your desired replacement is out of stock, we will issue a
refund or store credit. Exchange deliveries usually arrive within
7 days.

6. Order Cancellations
• You may cancel your order within 5 hours of placement. Once
processing has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations.
